Amanaya Ventures plans to defer Rs 30 million debenture issuance, pending board approval As on : 17-Sep-26 15:22
Amanaya Ventures Limited will seek board approval on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to defer the proposed issue of Rs 3,00,00,000 in secured, redeemable, unlisted, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited.
